Jenny grew up in Ballinasloe County Galway and is a qualified chef with 17+ years experience, gained by working in a string of high end restaurants. Jenny and her partner Adam chose to relocate to Waterford and arrived in Tramore via Vancouver (Canada) in 2018 – Opening Unbeetable Food as a food truck at the beginning of 2019, they saw that option as the most financially viable –

Here, they’ve crafted a small but artisan style street/truck food menu that focus on healthy eating, using only the freshest quality ingredients and all Jennys original recipes to truly tantalise those tastebuds. Over the past two years the guys have gotten busier and busier and with that success, they’ve needed an exciting bigger unit – providing more employment and more space which will allow them to keep even more bellies full with their outstanding food!
